Microgreens are young vegetable greens that fall somewhere between sprouts and baby leaf vegetables. They have an intense aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.

Microgreens are usually harvested 7–21 days after germination, once the plant’s first true leaves have emerged.

At The Crazy D Ranch and Rabbitry LLC, we start growing your microgreens after you place your order.  In this way, we are able to guarantee the freshness of your microgreens by harvesting less than 24 hours before delivery.  Please take note of the estimated time to harvest on each variety of microgreen.
